What is a mandate?

A mandate defines an investor’s acquisition or investment criteria — including sector focus, geography, deal size, and other parameters that Reys uses for matching.

Creating a mandate

Navigate to Mandates → New Mandate and specify:

• Target sectors and sub-sectors
• Geographic preferences
• Deal size range
• Additional criteria and notes

Managing mandates

Edit, archive, or duplicate mandates from the mandates list. Each mandate shows its match count and recent activity.
